Psychological Evaluation

Formal evaluations can serve as a powerful tool to determine the correct treatment plan for you & your mental health providers.

I use specialized tests to measure different areas of cognitive functioning. I can help provide a deeper understanding on how your brain functions and how it is affecting thinking, learning, memory, emotions and behavior.

Integrated & Experiential Modalities

It is a core belief that our spiritual wellness is just as important as our physical & emotional wellness.  With explicit consent of my clients, I will utilize various experiential techniques within our sessions and interweave these with the theoretical models that I have learned in school.

Carl Jung extensively studied the facets of the unconscious mind through dreamwork, guided imageries, shadow work, and archetypes. Viktor Frankl and Rollo May developed Existential Theory which challenges us into a deeper reverance for the meaning of our lives by examing choices and responsibility of consequences. Transpersonal Theory invites us to expand our consciousness & foster a broader self awareness through a number of sensory experiences along with examining ourselves on a deeper level.

These experiential modalities are always centered around the client's personal belief systems and not my own. I welcome all spiritual conversations as I want you to feel more connected to your Higher Power.

Please feel free to share your recent "Aha" moments from this week's bible study, tarot card spread, a recurring dream, paranormal experience, or a synchronicity on your way to work.

All of it is welcomed!

LPCA
Supervision

Another tenant of the practice is that we are "forever students" who are constantly learning and growing.

I love working with young counselors to hone in on their specialties, enhance their clinical skills, and improve competencies.

If you are an associate counselor looking for a licensed supervisor, feel free to reach out to schedule a consultation to see if we'd be a good match for our professional development.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate at least 1 business day before your first psychotherapy appointment or other service. I will deliver your Good Faith Estimate electronically using my Client Portal. You can also ask me, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
